So you own a house and you want to buy a new house and you're trying to figure out the process...
Option one: This is, of course, the easiest option. If you are fortunate enough to have the money to go buy a new house, do that! "Let's go buy a new house, figure out which one, and go get it!" My clients ask me how they should construct an offer, particularly because it is still very much a seller's market. The thing is, even though people think it might not be quite a seller's market anymore, it still is because there's almost no inventory.
