How do you do it? What's the best thing for you? You have a nice house, it looks good, but you want to move and get your home under contract.

Recently I showed a nice property, but unfortunately, it showed really poorly. It had clutter, it wasn't clean, the windows were dirty, but it still went on the market. The house did sell, but I'm sure it didn't sell as robustly, price-wise, as it could have, had there been just a little attention paid to the details of making the house shine and show better. And one might say, "Well, what does it matter... it still sold!". But the difference between the seller getting the house sold at one point versus a much greater point could be huge if the REALTOR® pays attention to those details of getting the house ready for market. And it is certainly our job to advise our seller clients on how to make their house look good to prospective buyers!
