There are degrees to grooming your home prior to putting it on the open market. It can mean simply removing superfluous clutter or it may mean moving out entirely and staging, cleaning... the works. Every home is different, but it is important to put your home in the best light possible before listing and here's why:

Properly grooming your house before selling is crucial for several reasons:
